Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product has a latent defect in its manufacture.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that due to the hygienic and sterile nature of our medical equipment and consumables, we do not accept returns unless the product has a latent defect.
Exemptions
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to the nature of our products, any opened or used medical equipment and consumables are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To complete your return, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow these steps:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@medmart.co.za.
Incorrect Items Ordered
If you ordered an incorrect item, you have 7 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@medmart.co.za to initiate the return process.
Shipping

Medmart Health will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item if it is due to a latent defect or incorrect item shipped.
Courier Handling Damage
If your item was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We outsource delivery, and courier handling damage can occur. We will take up the issue with the courier and strive for an amicable solution.
